But what if you do not have access to an admin account, or at least another account with administrator privileges? In such a situation, you can try using this next method of Windows password recovery. This is one of the most straightforward methods to unlock a locked Windows laptop.
The user in question will now be able to access their account using the new password that you have set.
Type in the password twice, add a password hint and finally click on the button that says "Change Password".
